Procedure

The title compound was prepared from (RS)-pyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxylic acid 1-tert-butyl ester (14.8 g) and N,O-dimethylhydroxylamine.HCl (7.37 g) according to a procedure similar to that for Example 4.
