The title compound was prepared from (S) -5-(4-cyclohexyl-phenoxy methyl)-4,5-dihydro-oxazol-2-ylamine and 2-formyl-4-methoxy-butyric acid methyl ester employing the procedure described in Step2 of Example 87. [α]D25 −19.00 (c 0.5, CHCl3).
