Procedure
A solution of 2,4-dichloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (100 mg, 0.53 mmol), cis-1,2-diaminocyclohexane (0.107 mL, 0.91 mmol) and triethylamine (0.150 mL, 1.08 mmol) in nBuOH (4 mL) was stirred at 70° C. for 4 h. It was then purified by HPLC to give N1-(2-chloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine as a solid (89 mg).
