Acetyl chloride (0.045 ml, 0.066 mmol) is added to a stirred solution of N-(4-aminomethyl-cyclohexyl)-5-(2-amino-4-methyl-pyrimidin-5-yl)-2-chloro-benzenesulfonamide (Example 3-18) (0.090 g, 0.22 mmol) in dry pyridine (1 ml). After 30 min the reaction mixture is absorbed on silica and the product is purified by chromatography on silica, eluting with ethyl acetate to afford the title compound.
