The title compound was prepared following procedure described for intermediate B1, but starting from 6-bromo[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-2-amine ((AS), 5.0 g; 23.47 mmol; 1.0 eq.) and benzoyl chloride (6.57 g; 46.9 mmol; 2.0 eq.) as a white powder (6.5 g, 87%). HPLC, Rt: 2.49 min. (purity 97.1%). LC/MS, M+(ESI): 317.0, M−(ESI): 316.9.
