In analogy to Example 1, step 2, 6-[2-(4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-acetyl]-8-fluoro-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one was reacted with sodium hydride and methyl iodide to give the title compound as a light yellow foam. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=423.9 [M−H+].
