Reaction Steps
To the product of step (i) (237 mg) in DCM (7 ml), TFA (2 ml) was added and stirred at rt for 7 h. The solvent was removed and the crude product was partitioned between DCM/NaHCO3 (aq), dried and evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by RPHPLC to give a white solid, 54 mg.
