Procedure

The preparation of this amine was carried out in analogy to that described for 2-(pyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine (TP1 1) employing 1-methyl-1,4-diazepane in step-8.
