Reaction Steps
In a similar manner as described for example 1, 246 mg of methyl 5-{6-[(2-methoxyethyl)carbamoyl]-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-1-yl}-3-{[2-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}thiophene-2-carboxylate (compound B8) and 40 ml of a saturated solution of ammonia in methanol give the title compound.
