Reaction Steps
In a similar manner as described for example 22, 1.5 g of methyl 5-(5-methoxy-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-1-yl)-3-{[2-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}thio-phene-2-carboxylate (compound B7a) and 200 ml of a saturated solution of ammonia in methanol yield the title compound.
