Reaction Steps
In a similar manner as described for example 33, 27.5 mg of methyl 5-(1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-1-yl)-3-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}thiophene-2-carboxylate and 5 ml of a saturated solution of ammonia in methanol yield the title compound.
