Reaction Steps
In a similar manner as described for example 38, 92.1 mg of methyl 3-{[4-fluoro-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}-5-(3H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-3-yl)thiophene-2-carboxylate and 15 ml of a saturated solution of ammonia in methanol yield the title compound.
