Prepared by dropwise addition of 1 equivalent of morpholine to 1-[4-(allyloxycarbonyl-amidino)-phenyl]-4-methoxy-3-[4-[2-[(pivaloyloxymethyl)-oxycarbonyl]ethyl]-phenyl]-3-pyrrolin-2-one and 0.1 equivalents of tetrakis-(triphenyl-phosphine)-palladium(O) in tetrahydrofuran under inert gas followed by 1 hours' stirring at ambient temperature.
