To a solution of 1,1-dimethylethyl 4-[5-(2-amino-4-pyrimidinyl)-4-(3-{[(2,6-difluorophenyl)sulfonyl]amino}-2-fluorophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-1-piperidinecarboxylate (94 mg, 0.145 mmol) in dichloromethane (2 mL) was added TFA (0.5 mL, 6.49 mmol), and the reaction mixture was stirred for 1 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified using RP-HPLC. The TFA salt was neutralized to give 52 mg of the title compound. MS (ESI): 547.1 [M+1]+.
