In a manner analogous to that described in Example 1, from 3-dibutylcarbamoyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepine-7-sulfonamide and cyclohexylisocyanate, there is obtained 1-cyclohexyl-3-[(3-dibutylcarbamoyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepin-7-yl)sulfonyl]urea, m.p. 118°-120° C. The starting material can be prepared by the reaction of 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepine-7-sulfonamide hydrochloride with dibutylcarbamoyl chloride in a manner analogous to that described in Example 1.
