Procedure
5 g (17 mmol) of 3-chloro-6-(4-difluoromethoxy-3-methoxyphenyl)pyridazine are heated in 30 ml of benzylamine at 180° C. for 1 hour. The mixture is stirred into 500 ml of saturated potassium carbonate solution, and the resulting precipitate is filtered off with suction, washed thoroughly with water, dried and recrystallized from ethyl acetate. 4.8 g (77.4%) of 3-benzylamino-6-(4-difluoromethoxy-3-methoxyphenyl)pyridazine of m.p. 136° C. are obtained.
