Reaction Steps
[4-(2-{5-[1-(2,4-Bis-trifluoromethylbenzyl)-1H-indazol-5-ylmethylene]-2,4-dioxothiazolidin-3-yl}ethyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl]carbamic acid tert-butyl ester was prepared from 5-[1-(2,4-bis-trifluoromethylbenzyl)-1H-indazol-5-ylmethylene]thiazolidine-2,4-dione (from Example 6) and ([4-(2-hydroxyethyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl]carbamic acid tert-butyl ester following General Procedure J.
