Procedure

The compound ‘carbamic acid 1-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-3-[4-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-propyl ester (0.6 mmol) prepared in Example 88 was dissolved in acetone (15 mL), and triethylamine (1.2 mmol) was added and acetylchloride (2.4 mmol) was added dropwise, and the resulting mixture was then stirred at a room temperature for 5 hours. The reaction mixture was diluted with water, and extracted several times with ethyl acetate to obtain an organic phase. The prepared organic phase was dried over magnesium sulfate, and concentrated under a reduced pressure. The resulting pellet was purified with column chromatography (hexane:ethyl acetate=1:1) to obtain a title compound.
