The reaction of 2-amino-4,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile with dimethylformamide-dimethylacetal and methyl 4-amino-5-methylselenophene-2-carboxylate as described in the example 10, gave title compound as a pale brown color solid, mp 238-240° C. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.74 (1H, br s, exchangeable with D2O), 7.95 (1H, s), 7.37 (1H, s), 3.86 (3H, s), 2.43 (3H, s), 2.32 (3H, s), 2.25 (3H, s); LC-MS (positive ion mode): m/z 363, 365 (M+H)+.
