Reaction Steps
Using ethyl 7-hydroxypyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylate (5.0 g, 24.1 mmol) and 2-chloro-5-trifluoromethylaniline (4.25 g, 21.7 mmol) instead of 4-fluoro-2-methylaniline, and in the same manner as in Example 1 step 1, the title compound (6.49 g, 70%) was obtained.
