The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Step 3 of EXAMPLE 2 using 4-isobutoxy-3-(piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)-1,2-benzisoxazole (EXAMPLE 10, Step 1) and methyl 2,2-dimethyl-3-oxopropanoate (0.96 mg, 0.74 mmol, Tetrahedron Asymmetry 2003, 14, 3371-3378) instead of 3-(piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-1,2-benzisoxazole and methyl 1-formylcyclobutanecarboxylate.
