A suspension of 0.2 g (0.643 mmol) of 1-biphenyl-3-yl-piperazine-dihydrochloride, 0.256 g (0.6 mmol) of 9-(4-bromo-butyl)-9H-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-amide and 0.1 g potassium carbonate in 20 ml of acetonitrile and 0.1 ml of water is stirred for 24 hours at 60° C. The reaction mixture is poured onto water, extracted with ethyl acetate and dried over sodium sulphate. Purification is by column chromatography on silica gel (eluant: dichloromethane/ethanol=30:1).
