Reaction Steps
450 g of ethyl 2-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)acetate were dissolved in 3.5 1 of methanol, 30 g of triethylamine were added and the mixture was stirred at 22° C. for 16 h. All solvents were then distilled off under reduced pressure. This gave 410 g of the title compound as an oil.
