2.3 g of 2-bromomethyl-1,4-benzodioxane, 2.35 g of 4-(5-chlorobenzimidazole-2-thion-1-yl)-piperidine, 1.4 ml of triethylamine and 0.3 g of sodium iodide were warmed at 60° C. in 25 ml of anhydrous dimethylformamide for 60 hours, and the mixture was then poured onto ice-water. The precipitate which had separated out was filtered off with suction, washed with water and dried.
