Using preparation method 1, 94B (131 mg, 0.74 mmol) was reacted with benzylamine (120 μL, 118 mg, 1.1 mmol). Purification by flash chromatography on SiO2 using CH2Cl2/hexanes 50:50 then CH2Cl2 100% afforded white crystals (1.60 mg, 81%). NMR 1H (ppm, CDCl3): 7.58-7.54 (m, 2H), 7.36-7.24 (m, 7H), 6.35 (br. s, 1H), 4.64 (d, J3=5.7 Hz, 2H), 2.50 (d, J3=7.2 Hz, 2H), 1.92-1.82 (m, 1H), 0.88 (t, J3=6.6 Hz, 6H).
