[(4S,5R)-2-[4-tert-Butyl-2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-phenyl]-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazol-1-yl]-[4-(2-methanesulfonyl-ethyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-methanone hydrochloride was prepared from (4S,5R)-2-[4-tert-butyl-2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-phenyl]-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 12l) and 1-(2-methanesulfonylethyl)piperazine dihydrochloride (example 17) in an analogous manner as described in example 25.
