[1,4′]Bipiperidinyl-1′-yl-[(4S,5R)-2-(4-tert-butyl-2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazol-1-yl]-methanone was prepared from (4S,5R)-2-(4-tert-butyl-2-ethoxy-phenyl)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 11) and 4-piperidinopiperidine (Aldrich) in an analogous manner as described in example 25. HR-MS (ES, m/z): observed 661.3071, calculated for C38H47Cl2N4O3 [(M+H)+] 661.3071.
