A mixture of (S)-1-(7-bromo-6-fluoro-1-phenyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)ethylamine (102 mg, 0.31 mmol), 6-chloro-9-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)-9H-purine (80 mg, 0.34 mmol) and DIPEA (104 μL, 0.61 mmol) in n-butanol (2 mL) was heated at 90° C. in a sealed vial for 18 h. After cooling to RT, the volatiles were removed in vacuo and the resulting residue purified by column chromatography (Si—PCC, gradient 0-10% MeOH in EtOAc) to afford the title compound (128 mg, 78%). LCMS (Method C): RT 3.57 min [M+H]+ 536.3/538.3.
