The title compound was prepared in a manner analogous to Example 15 utilizing Intermediate 37 and 2-chloro-6-fluoro-benzothiazole. MS (ESI) mass calcd. for C24H20FN3OS2, 449.57; m/z found, 450.0 [M+H]+.
