Compound 4 (0.95 g, 2 mmol) and 10% Pd—C (1 mmol) were added to the mixture of 20 mL of ethanol and 2 mL of water and the air was replaced with N2. The triethylamine-Formic acid azeotrope (704 mg, 4 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 12 hours. Water was added and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtered, and the solvent was evaporated to provide 0.49 g of white solid in 84% yield. HPLC: 99.3%.
