To a stirred solution of 3-[5-amino-4-(3-iodo-benzoyl)-pyrazol -1-yl]-N-cyclopropyl-4-methylbenzamide (130 mg, 0.27 mmol) and 2-tributylstannylpyrazine (119 mg, 0.32 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was added tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium (catalytic) and the mixture was heated in microwave at 160° C. for 15 min. The solvent was removed and the residue was dissolved in EtOAc. The organics were washed by water, brine and concentrated. The crude material was purified by preparatory HPLC to provide the desired product as beige solid (6.2 mg, 5%). HPLC (4 minute 10-90 gradient) tR 2.12 min; MS m/z 439.19 [M+H]+.
