N-[5-(5-Amino-6-chloropyridin-3-yl)-4-methyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]acetamide (20 mg, 0.07 mmol) and phenyl isocyanate (0.023 mL, 0.21 mmol) were stirred in THF (0.6 mL) at 40° C. for 2 hours. The reaction product was purified by preparative HPLC (Method A) to give the title product (retention time 8.93 minutes; 10 mg, 36%); 1H NMR Spectrum: (DMSOd6) 12.23 (1H, s); 9.56 (1H, s); 8.69 (1H, d); 8.54 (1H, s); 8.15 (1H, d); 7.48 (2H, d); 7.32 (2H, t); 7.02 (1H, t); 2.40 (3H, s); 2.16 (3H, s); Mass Spectrum: M+H+ 402 and 404.
