Reaction Steps
A solution of Example 200B in trifluoroacetic acid was heated at 50° C. for 3 hours then concentrated. The residue was diluted with saturated aqueous NaHCO3, and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic extract was dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated to afford the title compound MS (ESI) m/z 375 (M+H)+.
