4-[2-(4-Aminopiperidin-1-yl)ethyl]-6-methoxy-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3(4H)-one (Intermediate 50) (0.9 mmol), 3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrido[3,2-b][1,4]oxazine-6-carbaldehyde (WO 2004/058144) (190 mg, 1.1 mmol) and sodium cyanoborohydride (110 mg, 1.77 mmol) were reacted as described under Example 21, with stirring for 2.5 hours at room temperature after sodium cyanoborohydride addition. The title compound was obtained as a solid, 52 mg (12%).
