4-[2-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)ethyl]-6-methoxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (Intermediate 46) (0.2 mmol), 3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrido[3,2-b][1,4]thiazine-6-carbaldehyde (WO 2004/058144) (42 mg, 0.22 mmol) and sodium cyanoborohydride (23 mg, 0.36 mmol) were reacted as described under Example 21 to give 28 mg (32%) of product as a dry film.
