Reaction Steps
2.5 mmoles of 59b are dissolved in a mixture of 20 ml absolute pyridine and 2 ml of absolute ethanol and upon addition of some copper powder the batch is reacted as described for 60a. Purification is by column chromatography (silica gel, n-hexane/CH2Cl2 2+1) in isolation.
