A mixture of the compound (0.68 g) obtained in Step 1, THF (20 ml) and 15% ammonia/methanol (20 ml) was heated for 20 hours at 140° C. in a sealed tube. The solvent was distilled off. To the residue was added ethyl acetate, and the mixture was washed with an aqueous solution of potassium carbonate and water, successively, then dried (MgSO4). The solvent was distilled off to leave the title compound as colorless crystals (0.37 g),
