A solution of 19.5 g. (0.053 mol) of the end product of Example 19, 90 ml. of acetic anhydride and 20 ml. of Et3N was stirred at room temperature for 2.5 hours. After pouring into 1N NaOH, the solution was extracted with CH2Cl2. The organic phase was dried (MgSO4), concentrated and the residue recrystallized from CH3OH to give the end product. The analytical sample was prepared from the same solvent; colorless plates; mp 119°-121°.
