200 mg (0.551 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(3,5-dichlorobenzoyl)-4-piperidinamine are reacted in analogy to Example 39a with 88 μl (0.661 mmol) of phenylacetyl chloride and 108 μl (0.771 mmol) of triethylamine. The title compound ##STR90## is obtained (127 mg, 48%) as white foam. TLC:methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (1000:50:1) Rf =0.56, FD-MS:M+ =480, 482; IR:3660, 3405, 1665, 1630 cm-1.
