200 mg (0.551 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(3,5-dichlorobenzoyl)-4-piperidinamine are reacted with 85 mg (0.716 mmol) of phenyl isocyanate in analogy to Example 16a. The title compound ##STR97## is obtained as white foam (160 mg, 60%). TLC:tolnene/ethyl acetate (1:1) Rf =0.40, FD-MS:M+ =481, 483; IR:1600-1690 cm-1.
