Procedure
The procedure described in Example 92 was repeated, except that (RS)-2-(4-chlorobenzenesulfonylamino)-N-(5-methoxycarbonylpentyl)-3-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)propanamide (23.9 mg) was hydrolyzed, and then reacted with HCl to obtain (RS)-N-(5-carboxypentyl)-2-(4-chlorobenzenesulfonylamino)-3-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)propanamide hydrochloride (24.8 mg).
