Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-3-ethynyl-7-trifluoromethyl pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.4) (322 mg, 1.0 mmol) and 5-bromo-thiophene-2-sulfonic acid amide (242 mg, 1.0 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (247 mg, 51%). MS (ISP) 483.5 [(M+H)+]; mp 239-240° C.
