The title compound was prepared from 3-ethynyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.33) (144 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 5-bromo-thiophene-2-sulfonic acid amide (121 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (153 mg, 68%). MS (ISP) 449.3 [(M+H)+]; mp 224-226° C.
