A mixture of Example 512A (50 mg, 0.15 mmol) and N,N,N′-trimethylethylenediamine (300 μL, 2.3 mmol) was heated at 50° C. overnight, cooled to room temperature, diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water and brine, dried (MgSO4), filtered, and concentrated under vacuum to provide 31.5 mg (59%) of the desired product.
