Prepared from 1-(1H-benzimidazol-5-yl-methyl)-2-(4-methyl-piperidin-1-yl)-2-oxo-ethylamine and 1,8naphthalene sultone by heating to 100° C. for 30 minutes and subsequently heating to 140° C. for 20 minutes. After cooling, the product obtained is purified over a silica gel column (eluant: ethyl acetate/methanol=9:1).
