Reaction Steps
A solution of the product from Example 54 in ethanol/IN hydrochloric acid is hydrogenated in the presence of 10% Pd/C for 30 hours under normal conditions. There is obtained (βS,2RS)-N-[[(RS)-1-amidino-3-piperidinyl]methyl]-2-hydroxymethyl-β-2-naphthylsulfonamido-γ-oxo-4-morpholinebutyramide hydrochloride, FAB-MS: 561 (M+H)+.
