Procedure

Methyl 3-benzyloxycarbonylamino-4-(1-butynyl)benzoate (646 mg) was prepared from 2-benzyloxycarbonylamino-4-methoxycarbonylphenyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (1.82 g) and 1-butynyl(tributyl)stannane (1.51 g) in a similar manner to that of Preparation 1 (2).
