To a solution of product from step 3 (105 mg, 0.23 mmol) in methylene chloride (1 ml) was added triethylamine (93 mg, 0.92 mmol), acetyl chloride (18 mg, 0.23 mmol) followed by a catalytic amount of dimethylaminopyridine. The resulting mixture was stirred for 8 hours at room temperature, quenched with water and extracted with methylene chloride. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated to give 75 mg (80%) of the product as a solid.
