In an analogous manner to Example 1, step 2, 1-[2-[(3R)-3-aminopyrrolidin-1-yl]-1-(2-naphthyl)ethylcyclohexanol dihydrochloride was prepared from tert-butyl {(3R)-1-[(1-hydroxycyclohexyl)(2-naphthyl)acetyl]pyrrolidin-3-yl}carbamate. MS (ESI) m/z 339; HRMS: calcd for C22H30N2O+H+, 339.24309; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 339.243.
