In an analogous manner to Example 13, step 2, 1-[2-[(3R)-3-(methylamino]pyrrolidin-1-yl]-1-(2-naphthyl)ethyl]cyclohexanol dihydrochloride was prepared from tert-butyl {(3R)-1-[(1-hydroxycyclohexyl)(2-naphthyl)acetyl]pyrrolidin-3-yl}carbamate. MS m/z 353; HRMS: calcd for C23H32N2O+H+, 353.25874; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 353.2583.
